Project Overview
I revamped ETO Markets international trading platform, updating it after eight years to better align with the brand. Renowned for diverse derivative products, the platform now reflects ETO Markets' inspiration sources. Simultaneously, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology enhances customer interactions, complementing our offerings effectively.

Problem Statement
The organisation was disorganized and full of errors. Each page was toned and styled to address these, and any problems were fixed. We used Pepperstone and TMGM’s main benchmarking as a well-done example. Plus I did Web, mobile and app(iOS,Android)

4 Companies Competitor Analysis
Our competitor analysis explores how prominent trading platforms such as Pepperstone, TMGM, PU Prime and IC Markets cater to traders by offering an intuitive and efficient user experience. This involves evaluating their design features, tools, and overall usability to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement in ETO Markets' redesign.



Dealing with constraints
Here are the enhancements I made in the new version while addressing constraints: we improved navigation, optimized layouts, and simplified user interactions. By prioritizing clarity and usability, I created a smoother and more engaging experience. These updates effectively resolved user challenges and streamlined the overall flow.

In this project, I redesigned an international trading platform to enhance its usability and align it with the brand's vision, focusing on improved navigation, optimized layouts, and simplified user interactions. By addressing key challenges through responsive design and consistent user flows across web, mobile, and app platforms, the update delivered a more intuitive experience. The result was a smoother interface, well-received by clients and stakeholders alike, boosting overall customer satisfaction.


Conclusion
The changes to the responsive design were accomplished effectively. Managing the admin site concurrently improved our comprehension of user flows. It also aided in keeping the two platforms' designs consistent. Our sales colleague received positive feedback from clients who said the revised interface was easier to use.
