Project Overview
I revamped our international trading platform, updating it after eight years to better align with the brand. Renowned for diverse derivative products, the platform now reflects ETO Markets' inspiration sources. Simultaneously, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology enhances customer interactions, complementing our offerings effectively.
Problem Statement
The organization was disorganized and full of errors. Each page was toned and styled to address these, and any problems were fixed. We used Pepperstone and Puprime’s benchmarking as a well-done example.
Information
ArchitectureAs it is a customer relationship management page, I focused on eliminating unnecessary elements among the numerous management pages. The page is structured with six categories: Dashboard, Inbox, Download, My Clients, My Account, and Contact Us.

Benchmarking
We added a call-to-action button for deposits after noticing its absence in Pepperstone's dashboard header. We also included the leverage portion from PUPrime, which we benchmarked, into our design.

Before & After
I crafted a responsive page, showcasing before-and-after snapshots. While maintaining the style and tone, the initial design, dating back a decade, felt somewhat outdated. I aimed for a modern, minimalistic look. Collaborating closely with developers, we fine-tuned elements that didn't seamlessly adapt to responsiveness.
Final Result
The changes to the responsive design were accomplished effectively. Managing the website and admin site concurrently improved our comprehension of user flows. It also aided in keeping the two platforms' designs consistent. Our sales coworkers received positive feedback from clients who said the revised interface was easier to use.

19 February 2024, The ETO Markets has crafted the ETO Markets CRM APP, creating an elite trading space grounded in trust. With a presence in over 100 countries, our platform caters to the diverse needs of traders, empowering them to manage their accounts seamlessly, anytime, anywhere.
